We’ll stop in Ifrane, the “Switzerland of Morocco,” and the ancient cedar forests of Azrou to meet the resident Barbary apes. After lunch in Midelt, we’ll continue towards the desert, admiring the incredible panoramic views over the Ziz Valley’s vast palm groves. Upon arriving in Merzouga, you’ll be welcomed with mint tea before settling in for a comfortable first night in a hotel at the edge of the iconic Erg Chebbi dunes.

Day 2: Sahara Desert Exploration & Overnight Camel Camp Today is dedicated to exploring the wonders of the Sahara. On a thrilling 4×4 excursion, you will visit a local nomadic family, see the “black village” of Khamlia to experience traditional Gnawa music, and discover the region’s unique landscapes. For lunch, you’ll enjoy a traditional Berber pizza in the historic town of Rissani. In the late afternoon, you will embark on an unforgettable camel trek into the heart of the dunes to witness a spectacular sunset. Your day concludes with dinner and a magical night at a traditional Berber camp under a brilliant starry sky.

Day 3: Merzouga → Todra Gorges → Dades Valley Wake early to witness a stunning Saharan sunrise. After breakfast, you will travel from the desert to the magnificent Todra Gorges, where you can take a leisurely walk through the immense canyon. Our journey continues along the “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs,” leading us to the beautiful Dades Valley. Here, you’ll be amazed by the unique “monkey fingers” rock formations and the winding scenic roads before settling into your hotel for the night.

Day 4: Dades Valley → Ouarzazate → Ait Ben Haddou → Marrakesh After breakfast, our journey continues towards Marrakesh. We’ll pass through the Roses Valley and the Skoura palm grove on our way to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa.” The highlight of the day is a visit to the legendary Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a fortified village and UNESCO World Heritage site. Finally, we will traverse the majestic High Atlas Mountains, crossing the dramatic Tizi-n-Tichka pass, before descending into the vibrant city of Marrakesh, where you’ll be dropped off at your accommodation.
